I had a terrible experience with this company. The inks I ordered arrived on time, but they were all filled with air. After using two of them, my printer stopped working due to the air in the inks. When I reached out to the company for help, they refused to acknowledge that the issue was with the inks they had sent. They insisted that I ship the inks back at my own expense, and even then, they would only refund me for the cost of the inks, not the shipping fees.
Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also arrogant and rude, accusing me of trying to scam them. I have video and photo evidence showing that I did not use the inks, yet they still refused to accept responsibility. I would not recommend anyone to use this company, as they are clearly not trustworthy and do not value their customers. Be careful and make sure to thoroughly check the products before using them.
